Our Neato Subscriptions Program will conveniently regularly delivery your favourite supplements according to your schedule. There is no obligation, you can make changes or cancel anytime.

Subscription FAQs

You can view your subscriptions at MY ACCOUNT > SUBSCRIPTIONS.

You can make changes to your subscriptions under “My Account>Subscriptions”.

Making Changes

When you are in your subscriptions, there is an option to make changes. When you click this button, it will take you to the product and you will shop and it will be considered as a subscription change. If you are changing a flavour, it will come out to $0 and you can check out as a regular subscription purchase. You can also add products to your subscription as well.

Adding To Your Subscription

If you want to simply add new products to your subscription, you can shop regularly and when you reach the product page, underneath the “ADD TO CART” button there is a checkbox “ADD TO EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION”. Make sure that is checked off and you select the subscription you would like to add your products to. Then you can check out as regular.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Select the subscription you would like to cancel. Click cancel subscription.

If your subscription has not shipped on your subscription date it could mean one of two things:

  1. Your credit card was declined or has expired.
    or
  2. We tried to reach out to you based on an item that has recently went out of stock. We may be requesting a different flavour or to send your shipment without the item that is out of stock.

Shipping charges apply to subscriptions like they do regular orders.

Canada: $9.99 Expedited Shipping, FREE SHIPPING for orders over $99.

USA: ~$9.99USD Expedited Shipping, FREE SHIPPING for orders over $99USD.

International: Shipping calculator is used based on distance and order volume.

Subscription Terms & Service

By using subscriptions you are agreeing to a pre authorized payment on your method of payment. Your payment method will be charged automatically based on a monthly or bi-monthly schedule of your choosing at check out.

Discounts that are offered for subscriptions will stay on as long as you keep your subscription active.

In any case that an item in your subscription is unavailable or out of stock, we will attempt to contact you to discuss your options.
