FAQ
You can take it any time! It is great to easily add a heaping 27 grams of protein to your diet. It is low in fat, carbs, and sugar, so feel guilt free! We do recommend taking it within 30 minutes post workout and also any time you want to replace a snack.
Our Brown Sugar Milk Tea flavour does contain a bit of caffeine, so we do not recommend to take it around bed time.
Our favourite option is to mix our Neato Boba Protein with milk. Oat milk, almond or coconut milk is also a very popular option. You can even mix it into any of your smoothies and oatmeal. It can also be mixed in with half milk/half water or just water.
Some of our fan favourites also recommend mixing a scoop with a cup of black tea for some incredibly delicious flavours. Let us know if you have any fan favourites!

Product itself was great. The actual protein vs scoop, fat/carbs/sugar is very good, especially for the listed pricing. I was paying a bit more for Gold Standard and even better, this stuff tastes amazing. Might be my new go to. Looking forward to trying other flavours and products.
